Key roles and responsibilities
- Analyze programs and projects of German Development Cooperation for impact
- Curate datasets and identify patterns
- Co-develop a methodological framework for prioritization under uncertainty
Experience and skills expected of the post holder
- Analytical skills in evaluating the cost-effectiveness/cost-efficiency of development cooperation programs, projects, and structures
- Methodological skills in impact-oriented program analysis
- Data analysis skills (quantitative/qualitative)
- Systematic, evidence-based thinking with a focus on maximum impact
- High degree of independence, self-organization, project management, and ambition
